Şıra (Turkish grape drink)

Şira is a beverage consumed in the Ottoman imperial court, produced in Bursa since ancient times. Made from grapes grown in Bursa, Şira offers the pure sweetness of nature and is enjoyed alongside meat dishes such as Bursa kebap, köfte, and pideli köfte.
